UK Sport Top – Shipping Policy

At UK Sport Top, we’re committed to delivering your order safely, promptly, and efficiently. Please review our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle delivery, timelines, and responsibilities.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within:

  • The United Kingdom (Mainland and Northern Ireland)

  • Selected international destinations (availability and fees will be shown at checkout)

If your country is not listed during checkout, unfortunately, we are unable to deliver there at this time.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) may be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.


3. Delivery Times & Estimates

4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method.

  • We may occasionally offer free UK shipping promotions. Check our homepage or banner for updates.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking number to become active.


6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (for International Orders)

  • All international orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.


7. Undeliverable or Returned Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs duties (for international orders):

  • You will be notified and may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

  • Original shipping costs may not be refunded.


8. Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking information.

  2. Confirm your shipping address is correct.

  3. Contact the carrier for updates.

If your parcel is confirmed lost or arrives damaged:

  • We may request photos or confirmation from the courier before issuing a replacement or refund.
