Returns & Refunds

If you're buying as a consumer online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under applicable consumer law (for example the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the equivalent rules in your country).

To return an item, contact Customer Care first so we can give you the return instructions. Items should be returned in the condition you received them, and you may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the item.

Shirts personalised with a name and/or number are made to your specification. Where the law allows, the change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply to these items. This does not affect your rights if a personalised item arrives damaged, is faulty, is incorrect, contains a personalisation error made by us or our production partner, or otherwise does not conform to your order.

If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, is not what you ordered, or does not match its description, contact Customer Care with your order number and photos where possible. We'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.

Your statutory rights for goods that are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as described remain in full, regardless of personalisation or the time limits for change-of-mind returns.

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. For change-of-mind cancellations we'll refund within the period required by law after we receive the item back (or proof of return).
